The Clinical Director will provide center based ABA services that focus on improving the lives of children with an Autism Spectrum Diagnosis and their families.
We are a collaborative team driven by the belief that every child deserves a compassionate, individualized, and fun approach to learning.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/ NYS-LBA.
Experience working with young children is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Provide training and support to all employees at all levels Organization, time management, and contract management/completion:
Ensure behavior analyst's scheduling and performing so as to operate within assigned timelines, and meet service contract expectations for each client Regularly monitor feedback from patients, families, caregivers, and other individuals or organizational representatives who are a part of the team Conduct agency program evaluations and compliance audits Help establish and maintain advanced and ongoing training/supervision protocols Adhere to the mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures of StarBright ABA Why consider a career at StarBright ABA?
