Qualifications:
Must hold a current BCBA and be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York.
Extensive knowledge of the ABA field and its application to both individual and group settings.
Prefer a background working with the pediatric autistic population.
Will need to become credentialed with insurance companies and undergo a background check.
POSITION OVERVIEW StarBright ABA is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join its team.
The BCBA will provide center based ABA services that focus on improving the lives of children with an Autism Spectrum Diagnosis and their family's.

The ideal candidate will be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/ NYS-LBA.
Experience working with young children is preferred.

The Behavior Analyst has primary responsibility for patient treatment including supervision of the Behavior Therapist(s) and coordination of care with other members of the treatment team for his/her assigned caseload.
Responsibilities:
Incorporates patient and caregiver/family preferences in developing comprehensive and meaningful plan of care Adheres to the mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures of StarBright Applied Behavior Analyst, PLLC.
Maintains positive communication with families, members of the treatment team, external stakeholders, and supervisor by returning phone calls and emails within 24 hours; informing supervisor immediately of any important concerns pertaining to assigned caseload Maintains appropriate professional boundaries when working with supervisees, families, and other stakeholders Provide training and support to employees at all levels Why consider a career at StarBright ABA?
